2. Description of Service & Referral Model

Madrid Plumbers provides referral, marketing, and dispatch coordination services connecting residential and commercial property owners with independent, third-party plumbing professionals operating throughout West Chester, PA and surrounding communities.

Madrid Plumbers does not directly employ plumbers. Instead, Madrid Plumbers connects you with independent local plumbers who perform the work. All plumbing diagnostic, repair, replacement, and installation services are performed directly by independent plumbing contractors who contract with the customer directly.

3. Licensing & Contractor Qualifications

Pennsylvania does not maintain a single statewide plumber licensing board; licensing requirements are established by individual municipalities, while home improvement contractors register with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA). Every plumber we send is licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured.

4. Estimates & Upfront Pricing

All estimates, quotes, and pricing provided on-site are established and delivered directly by the independent plumbing technician evaluating your specific physical installation. You are entitled to receive a firm price before any billable repair or replacement work begins. Any contractual agreement for physical plumbing work is entered into directly between you and the servicing independent plumber.

5. Limitation of Liability

Madrid Plumbers acts solely as a referral and marketing service. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Madrid Plumbers disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or property damages resulting from the acts, errors, omissions, or physical work performed by independent contractors dispatched to your property.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
